Founding the Sanctuary
Mr. C. U. K. Kadithala Bandara envisioned a sanctuary dedicated to preserving the traditional ayurvedic wellness knowledge of Sri Lanka. He planted the first cinnamon and cardamom trees in Kawdupelella, Matale.
Growing to 200+ Medicinal Species
Through years of dedication, the garden expanded to host more than 200 distinct species of medicinal herbs, spice plants, and rare healing trees, attracting local scholars.
Opening to International Visitors
